We have implemented a minimum order policy of $28 for all Desserts and Side Dishes. This policy is designed to ensure that each transaction aligns with our commitment to delivering quality products and services to our customers. By setting this minimum order amount, we aim to streamline our operations, reduce processing costs, and maintain the level of excellence that our clients expect. Family Style
Family-style meals involve sharing dishes among a group, promoting a communal dining experience. Typically, large platters or bowls of food are placed at the center of the table for everyone to serve themselves. This approach fosters a sense of togetherness and encourages interaction. Our pricing for family-style meals is designed to offer value, variety, and quality. Here's how our pricing policy works:
Ordering: Family Style must be ordered at least 14 days in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation.
Menu Selection: Choose from our curated selection of box meal options, each including an entrée and side(s).
Portion Size: Family Style is designed to feed a group of people
Customization: We offer limited customization options to accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences. Please inform us at the time of booking.
Pricing: For group reservations, a fixed price per person applies to ensure a seamless dining experience for larger parties.
Minimum Order: There is a minimum order requirement of 10 people.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing the order to confirm the booking.
Payment Methods: We accept all payments methods [cash, credit cards, bank transfers, etc.].
Changes and Cancellations: Changes to the order must be communicated at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup/delivery date. Cancellations made within 1 week will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds: Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our cancellation policy.
Pickup/Delivery: Family Style meals can be picked up from our location on the scheduled date and time. Delivery is available for an additional fee.
Late Pickup/Delivery: If you are unable to pick up or accept the delivery at the scheduled time, please inform us as soon as possible. Late pickups or deliveries may affect the quality of the food.
Service Charge: A service charge may apply to cover packaging, preparation, and administrative costs.
Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added to the final invoice.
Responsibility: The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery/pickup details and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order.
Allergen Information: While we take precautions to accommodate allergies, our kitchen handles various ingredients. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Final Guest Count: We require the final guest count at least 7 days before the event. The final payment will be adjusted based on this count.
Additional Charges: Additional charges for extra services, menu items, or last-minute changes will be invoiced separately.
Invoice and Receipt: An invoice will be provided upon booking, and a receipt will be issued upon receipt of the final payment.
